That statement always used on the ending of fairytales or bed time stories. But, what does it mean? Have we ever thought what kind of live they would live so it could be called live happily ever after? Would Snow White and Prince Charming find no problem after they married? Or would Red Riding Hood come back safely to her house after leaving her grandma’s? Well, what actually live happily ever after means, or what is happiness?

A friend of me always posts some pictures like these.

When I asked her why did she do it, she just answer it was happiness. According to her, happiness is not having a wonderful thing or something great. On the other hand, it’s just a simple thing. Little things that make us happy, those are happiness. Maybe many people feel so hard to be happy, because they don’t realize it. They have high standard of happiness, so high that make it hard to be achieved, or just say that we, human being, never know what satisfy is and always feel less.

Learning from my friend, I try to be grateful for everything in my life, even the small things too. According to me, happiness is not having something great, or achieved the highest achievement, but it is enjoy each detail of our life, every moment with a grateful heart. There are so many ways to be happy. Happiness is a choice, whether we choose to be happy with our condition or not, so let’s be happy…
